The payment is settled in Singapore dollars (SG$), but your actual payment amount/ currency will depend on your credit card bank. For overseas transactions, different percentages of transaction fees will be charged by the credit card issuing bank. We do not charge any transaction fees. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.

Shipping & delivery


● Logistic:
Parcels will be distributed by air freight from Taiwan.

● Custom:
We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. The Singapore Customs allowance is S$400. BHK's will complete the declaration based on the actual price of the goods. Any duty or other charges incurred by the package in excess of the allowances will be borne by the orderer (the recipient) if the goods are selected for inspection.

Tariffs or other charges incurred will be borne by the order person (the recipient). Any duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility. These fees are determined by a local customs office and we cannot be responsible for any such fees incurred because we cannot anticipate or estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order.
Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied. 

By ordering from BHK’s, you agree to the policies stated above.
BHK’s reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion. 

● Shipping:
Orders received with credit authorization cleared today will be processed on the business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding observed holidays within Taiwan and Singapore.
We ship the goods within 2-3 days of receiving your order. It usually take 3-6 working days to arrive.
To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.

 

● Free shipping terms:
We offer free delivery for orders over SG$39.99.

● NOTES:
ETA means working days for delivery from Taiwan to Singapore.
For custom clearance and local delivery time, please check with customs and post office of Singapore.
The items of BONUS BUY on the checkout page won't be included in the subtotal for rewards and free shipping.

Order tracking


● Order status tracking:
Once the order has been placed successfully, you will receive a mail the Order Notification (Order number) from us.

 

Here we provide three ways for you to check the status of your order:
1. Check the mail from us.
2. Click Track Order. Enter your order number and verification code to check the parcel status.
3. Contact us via Facebook and provide your name and phone number.

 

● Order status:
New: your order has been placed but the payment is still processing.
Paid: your payment has been done and if amount is correct we will arrange shipment.
Shipping Completed: your order has been shipped.

● Edit or cancel the order:
Please understand that we do not provide editing or canceling the orders.
Please double check your address, receiver, phone numbers and all the details.

If you found out any mistake in your order, please contact us directly in case you don’t receive your parcel to your expectation.

 

If the address, recipient or phone are written wrong, and result in delivery fee or fail delivery, it's customer's responsibility to pay. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.

● Returns:
All the goods are delivered from Taiwan directly. Due to the complexity of work, please understand we do not provide returns and refunds service. Please make sure the accuracy of your order.If the parcel is squeezed a bit on the way to you, but the goods are fine inside, please excuse us do not accept exchange or return. Thanks for your kind consideration. 

 

Please note that every country has different tax regulation and any duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility.

If you insist processing returns and refunds, please contact our customer service!
Sending the goods back and the fee occurred is your responsibility.
Once we receive returned goods and checked it’s still complete without being opened or used, we will arrange refund for you.
Please note that if the goods are returned opened or broken, we cannot process refund.
And we are not responsible to send the goods back to you.

 

● Refund:

If you want refund due to personal reason, e.g. ordering wrong items or numbers, please contact our customer service.

For orders haven’t been shipped: We only refund you the balance, which has been deducted for the handling fee (5% of the order).
For orders have been shipped: We only refund you the balance, which has been deducted for the handling fee (5% of the order), round shipment and customs, etc.

This policy also applies if the shipment is refused and returned owing to the logistic cannot contact the receiver’s wrong phone number.

 

● Notes:
To avoid violation of your right, we won’t refund to the third party which means we only refund to you.
Identification may be required if necessary.
Actual refund time needed is based on your bank. If you need to know how long it will take, please contact the bank that issued your credit card.

Please make sure correct recipient information because BHK's cannot refund unsuccessful parcels for customers' personal reasons no matter they are returned or not.
BHK’s holds the right to cancel your order or to refuse your future order right.

To protect the rights of both parties, the entire process of our product packaging is filmed. If you have any problems with product quantities, qualities, etc, we expect you to provide the filming of your whole unboxing process from the unopened package, unpacking process, and the condition of the product inside, within 3 days of receiving the package, for return and refund that will based on both videos provided by each party.
